We want you to love your Lanolips glow, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most unopened and unused products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days from our official online store.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the Return Authorization form inside the box before shipping it back to our distribution center using a tracked service.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
